gas smell

What is your question?

every time i fill-up my 97 camaro R/S with gas it smells like gas all around it, out side and inside the car, there are no leaks and i am getting about 20 miles to the gallon it has just started this problem the car has 50000 miles on it it has been garage kept its hole life
