my jeep would not start at all / battery good / i wiggled the fusible link and it started / left it at dealership / what should be the estimated charge

If the fusible link is burned, there's probably something causing an excessive draw on part of the electrical system that the fuse linke is there ot protect. I've replaced a burned link and that's what fixed the car, sometimes not. The mechanic should check the ampere draw on that circuit to see if he can find something wrong. I think the least it'll cost you is an hour labor time and the fuse wire piece. Sometimes an auto electric shop or a Jeep specialist is good for this kind of repair.
