Our Lincolns inside lights don't work, we've change the fuse and it works for about 1 day then the fuse burns out. What can we do to fix it?

There are several other items on that circuit. the vanity mirror illumination, map reading lights, grab handle lights, a short in any of the circuits could cause the fuse to blow, each circuit needs to be isolated to see which circuit is causing the 10 amp fuse to blow.
If you are speaking of the F4.05 fuse in the BJB (Battery Junction Box) under the hood, it provides protection for the circuits of the following components: --Both Outside Mirrors --Glove Box Lamp --Foot Well Lamp --Electronic Hidden Antenna Module --Vanity Mirror Lamps --Grab Handle Lamps - rear If I was seeking the cause of a fuse blowing for this circuit, I would first look at the wiring to the vanity mirrors. The wiring goes into the visors via the hinge area. It can get pinched there when you use the visors. Check that area first. Other than that, each circuit will need explored for fault. This is best done by disconnecting components one by one until the fuse stops blowing. The last component disconnecting prior to it not blowing is the circuit to look into. Good luck.
