changed the oil and now there is no power going to the fuel pump

Check to see if you pulled loose any wires, like on the oil pressure sending unit which I think is nearby the oil filter. Also, check for the inertial fuel cut-off switch. it's behind the right kick panel trim and you can reset it. It'll click when you reset it if it's tripped. Good idea to check the fuel pump relay which I think is in the underhood relay box. If you can't find it check in the owner's manual for location. It should click when you switch the ign on for a second or so. You may be able to switch it with another similar relay and see if that helps.
