Fuel gauge and odometer does not work at all. Need help trying to fix them?

I have an 2002 Saturn L200 and the fuel gauge does not work at all. It always shows full. The odometer also does not work. It wont change the miles you have driven and the trip meter does not work but the speed odometer does. Can you please help me out with this problem?

Sounds like a bad BCM to me. About 300.00 to replace and program.
