Fuel Filter

What is your question?

replaced te knock sensor, spark plugs, fuel injectors. Still runs rough at idle and temp runs 190 to 200. Car has 75,000 miles on it. Did not replace the fuel filter. Could this be the problem? What else could it be? Need help
