Fuel and temp gauge go all the way past full mark and hot mark!

What is your question?

When car sitting still idling the gauges work fine but when start driving and shifting through gears gauges go all the way past there top point on full and hot mark. Replace thermostat and there's no leaks anywhere, need help please anything! !!!
