front passenger window won't open

What is your question?

The window button for the front passenger side window (located on driver door) broke off & looks like a piece inside broke as well. So, the front passenger side window won't open at all, both from the driver side door button that broke off & also the front passenger side door button that did not break off, but just won't open that window.
