Front end vibration and brake vibration.

What is your question?

When I dive the car at cool tempratures it seem to do well but when the outside temp. get high the front end will start to vibrate and when I press the brakes it is very bad. The shop I took it to said that the brake pads on the rotors are very tight and when the brakes are bleed the pressure releases but gets tight after the brakes are engaged again. The brake will tighten against the rotors while driving without the brake peddle being touched. Toyota doesn't have any idea what the problem is but thinks it could be the ABS Control Module/Pump. Any ideas what the problem could be?
