Front Brakes Pulsate,jump

What is your question?

When putting on the brakes the front end pulsates, jumps but there is no brake noise like the brakes are bad. When I put more pressure on the brake pedal this decreases. One mechanic told me it was the shocks but the vehicle doesn't ride rough over bumps. Suggestions?

This is the classic complaint for warped front rotors. Have the pads and rotors replaced with good factory quality parts and your troubles will be gone.
