Flashing red light of outline of a car comes on when car is turned off. It never turns off.

Hello, This is an indicator for the security system. It lets you know the vehicle immobilizer is armed, and that the vehicle will not start without the proper key (yours). If you notice that the light is not flashing, you have an issue. In some vehicles, this light will go off after the doors are shut and the remote locks the doors from outside.
