extreme vibration between 1,000 to 1500 rpm

Hi, I have a 1997 camaro z28 6 speed with an LT1 and it vibrates violantly between 1,000 and 1,500 rpm at startup and when driving. otherwise it has a little vibration. It has roughly 80,000 miles and I have done a complete tuneup and there are no codes. recently i was getting a low oil light. but not sure if it's actuate because i do not have the oil pressure sensor connected. So gauge not working. Thanks
