Engine wouldn't start after pulling over the road-side

Never had no problems with truck over 4years. Was riding down highway, between 59N & 45N on 1960W. Engine must have cut off coz I felt loss of power and pulled over. Nothing seemed amiss, went right back inside but truck would't start even though showing 1/4 fuel. Battery seemed drained so replaced it with new one. Cranks but engine won't fire.
