What is your question?
Not sure if it's the altinator or if it's an electrical issue

Hello, There are a three main ways to check your battery and alternator. The most preferred is an automated starting and charging system test. The vehicle can stay put together, and the test is pretty reasonably priced in most locations. Second, you could get a cheap multi-meter, and test the voltage at the battery, alternator, and starter. This needs to be done under a few different conditions for accuracy, and I can give you guidance on that if you'd like. Lastly, you can remove the battery and alternator, and bring them for testing to one of the auto parts stores near you.
