Q: engine wont start is it fuel pump or relay and if so where are the located? on 1997 Mercedes-Benz E420

car has been sitting for a couple months try to start and it just spins. buddy of mine poured gas in carb and it fires right up. I need to know where the fuel pump or relay or fuse is so I can check. no fuel coming out of fuel rail.
