What is your question?
I have a 2017 Cadillac ATS. When I push the start stop button the car will not turn off. I have replaced the button and checked most all the relays and connections. The dash will turn off and the cue will go off but the lights for the radio will stay on. The engine continues to run until I remove the ECM fuse. Do you think the ECU would cause this?
How long has your 2017 Cadillac ATS had this problem?

I answered the first time you asked. Taking a few steps backwards, sounds like there might be some modifications to the vehicle. Is there anything tapped in electrically to the wiring? It doesn't seem realistic that there's some kind of factory defect here; these systems are pretty solid and don't have issue that I am aware of. I would look for physical damage, modifications or electrical components added on, as well as possible water intrusion somewhere causing electrical issues.
