engine will not turn, leak near engine block?

Any oil in engine??

Does engine crank but not start? If it doesn't even crank you can start by making sure it didn't run out of oil. If it did your engine could be locked up. But if the engine actually cranks (spins over), we need to go a different route like checking for fuel or spark.
