What is your question?
upon driving in town I noticed a ticking sounding like plastic in bicycle spokes on front driver side along with a burnt smell? I stopped checked oil level it was low so I added more just below max line on dip stick. I then drove home then car drove with a shake but no more smell or ticking. just runs shaky and sluggish. I made it home aprox 4 miles and parked. I waited 30 minutes and restarted but have not drove anywhere yet. I'm to scared

Hello, if your oil level was low -- ticking noises could occur from either the valve train or base engine. It's too hard to know without hands / ears on inspection by a professional who is familiar with the noises. The good news is that your noise and smell is gone apparently -- but you may wish to consult a local professional who can be of assistance. As far as the shaking -- diagnostic testing will be needed, of the engine and it's performance -- including of fuel delivery, ignition spark, emissions control, air intake and base engine compression.
