Engine temp slow to rise and a/c is charged but will not cool down cabin is there avalve or damper stuck and if so can it be replaced with minium tools? Thank you in advance, Bob T.

to answer your question directly: no. the engine temp may be a defective thermostat. the a/c may not be correctly charged---unless it was correctly evacuated, then recharged to exactly 740 grams, the a/c will not cool properly. even with a good supply of hand tools, a factory manual you still cannot scan the AC control unit.
