Engine stalls out

What is your question?

I have an 04 Ram 1500. For 30 to 40 minutes after I fill up the gas tank it stalls out maybe 10 times. It happens both while driving and while stopped. When stopped rpms wave from 500 to 700 before it just shuts down. Then struggles to restart. This is only an issue after I refuel. Any help?

Raw fuel entering EVAP system flooding engine - might as well take it on to local auto repair facility for a complet scan test. *Topping off fuel tank* when refueling is the major cause for EVAP system failures.
