engine quits/stalls

What is your question?

the engine on my jeep cherokee will just quit, at various speeds and anywhere from 10 seconds to 1/2 hour after restarting - it always starts right back up. Idling is ok and it runs fine at speed. Also occasionally the oil gauge will go up to the high end but return to normal after a restart and sometimes the speedometer will flip flop all the up and back. All the problems happened at the same time. thanks
