Check engine light was on so went to autozone.. reading said misfire on cylinder 6. Then timing belt broke so I replaced that and water pump since it had a leak. Then replaced spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. The engine light is still on and it idles rough but intermittently. What do you think? Thanks

You need to get a professional diagnosis done with the proper scan equipment. Parts store diagnostic service is dicey at best. Something is still wrong even though you've spent some coin trying to rectify the MIL and poor running condition. Find a reputable shop and have them check your car out and get it running right for you.
