Visually inspect all the fuel lines and fuel tank to find the fuel leak, especially under the vehicle. For the noise, you'll need to locate where it's coming from, then determine what's making the noise.

Mine also smelled heavy of gas inside the car, i checked all line and gas tank no issues. Then decided check under the hood since it was so strong smelling inside and found that my fuel pressure regulator that i just bought and had installed was faulty. Good thing it did blow up on me.
