engine idles rough and runs rough

they are notorious for "eating" coils, in particular, #3 and #4, there is a coolant line above them that can develope a leak and cause multiple replacements of the same coil. another possible cause could be bad injector, you need to have the codes to be able to narrow down which cylinder you have with a concern.

very surprized that they did not replace all plugs and failed coils. at your mileage, a complete tune up is in order. this time get the rest of the plugs replaced and have the coils scoped for proper operation. Roy
