All the instrument warning lights get power from the 15Amp fuse marked gauge, it brings power to the red/blue wire at the instrument cluster, the pink wire in pin 8 of the ECU gets grounded by the ECU to turn on the Check Engine Light when the ignition is left on or senses a problem with the engine running. Check the 15 Amp Brake fuse it is also in the circuit.
