What is your question?
I needed a water pump and head gaskets on my van, water was getting into the oil. While driving the oil light came on, I heard a click and the van shut off. I was told that the engine locked and it was no longer any good. My question is, what would be the cost if I decided to get it fixed and do you think it's worth it?

I don't know what a complete engine would cost to install, it's very variable based on locality and how much you can get an engine for. The reason the head gaskets were blown is probably that your water pump had failed. That causes overheating and blows head gaskets. That causes coolant to pollute the motor oil. Driving on compromised motor oil will cause the engine bearings to fail and destroy the engine. Now you understand why you can't drive on blown head gaskets. The "click" you heard was probably quite loud in the engine compartment so please don't minimize things like blown head gaskets in the future. That's called "denial." Sorry about the lecture but I think you need to know how this happened so you don't create misery for yourself in the future.
