I recommend having a shop or technician connect the scan tool to read the trouble codes and diagnose the problem. It's difficult to speculate what might be going wrong as many things can cause a rough idle or rough running condition. If the light is not blinking it's probably safe to drive to a shop but don't drive it more than you absolutely have to since there are drivability/rough running symptoms.
