What is your question?
We just bought this car and did an oil change and 4 new tires. put on 1,800 miles across country because I bought it out west and drove it to the east. All the below issues are happening all at once. 1. has blown 3 - 10amp fuses tail/dash lights. 2. Power steering indicator on. 3. says 0 PSI in rear tires, intermitent issue.( air pressure ok in tires) when you shut the car off it continues to run for 15 seconds even after you pull the key out. 4.after all the above happened the next day battery was totally dead. We had schedualed an appointment with the dealer for the electrical power stering motor to be replaced. had to have it towed in for this issue and we are told warenty was over at 35,00 miles. car has 39,000 miles. Do you think these are all related and possibly caused by the power steering recall? if not what do you think it could be?

ok. one at a time 1. you need to have them check the bulbs. it may be a shorted filament. 2. power steering motor indicator which you are handling. more later 3. when you had the tires installed, it sounds like they dmaaged the pressure sensor. coomon mistake at shops. 4. the continued running may be an issue with the body control module. it needs to be checked with a scan tool by a shop. 5. battery dying, you need an charging system check as it is about the time for a battery considereing that todays batteries last about 3 years. did you transfer the existing warranty from the previous owner?? any extended warranty?? you should appeal your warranty issue to the zone rep for consideration. thanks for using repairpal Roy update there is a recall on power steering. this should cost you nothing. make sure of this with your advisor Roy
Thanks Roy, This gives me another view of my situation. I appreciate it very much. No it was not transferred yet, we bought it from my Sister. Yes the power steering unit is covered under the recall. I'm paying the dealer to do a diagnostic to determine the issues. car will be in shop a few days. you never know if you can trust folks these days so I was trying to see if the recall on the Electrical Power Steering unit may be the culprit to these other issues. Just feel this is odd that they all are happening at the same time. Thanks again, JonLuke
transfer the warranty and consider getting an extended warranty for the power train. there are lots of companies who offer these and check several as the prices will vary. Roy
