Where's the EGR vacuum solenoid located on my 1995 Ford Windstar.Can I see it from the top of the engine?

The EVR solenoid (egr vacuum regulator) should be connected via vacuum line to the EGR valve and manifold vacuum. You can trace the vacuum line to the solenoid from the EGR valve.

I would consider investing in a repair manual (like a Chilton or AllData DIY) if you're doing your own work. they are worth their weight in gold for the do-it-yourself'er
