What is your question?
I noticed on my way to work this morning my car started to overheat. the temp gage went to a little over half way. When I got to work I noticed that coolant was leaking under the car. It seemed to be coming from the rear of the engine. Is there any type of hose at the rear of the engine that might be leaking?

Yes there are. You need to tow the car to a GM specialist ASAP, don't drive it if it's leaking coolant. If you want to try to fix it, you need to find the leak for yourself. Be careful, the engine in your car is very complicated and expensive and would be damaged easily by running low on coolant.
