What is your question?
I noticed that the window was getting slower when I rolled it up or down but now it doesn't work at all. I can hear the motor but the window doesn't move.

You'll want to remove the door panel and inspect the window regulator, or have a repair shop check it out. It's likely that the regulator is broken or the window has become disconnected from the window regulator.
