Drivers door locked & stuck shut won’t open with key. Key does not unlock it

I can use the button to lock and unlock but the latch never moves The key goes in and I can turn it but it makes no lock unlock noise. Also when I turn the car on and put it into drive from Park the lock on that door does this crazy rapidfire lock unlock procedure maybe three or four times

Starting the car makes it worse
