What is your question?
I have a Ford f150 99 model. The driver window is all the way down and won’t come up. I know it has to be the motor or something I’m just trying to get it up. Til I can get it fixed. Nobody has had any luck. It’s not off track. You can’t even pull it up. It won’t budge. It’s been like this a while but can’t drive it when it’s cold or raining.
How long has your 1999 Ford F-150 had this problem?
A year

The unfortunate thing is that the motor and window regulator mechanisms are likely jammed and bound up internally. You'll have to remove the driver's door panel and have a look inside. You may have some luck getting inside the door. But, beware -- the sheet metal on the door openings behind then trim panel is very sharp, and the contents of the window glass, window motor and regulator are all under high tension cable attachment and can injury you also. Seek help at a local shop where they have trim tools and other know-how to deal with this scenario. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
