driver door does not open from inside

The interior cable has been stretched out. Remove interior door panel (its 4-5 long torx screws and some clips) its not hard. put some tension back on the cable(its sheethed) and put a loop fastner on it(looks like a P find at the hardware or autoparts store) and fasten with a small self tapping screw(small so does not touch glass) saves $300 at the mechanics shop. took 30 min. Not a mechanic but I have mechanical experience
