No; it really shouldn't have anything to do with it. I'm not seeing a link between the ABS light and the booster either, really. If your vehicle will not shift out of park, have a look at your brake light switch and the wiring connector that plugs into it. It's a common failure. An easy inspection is to look at the brake lights and see if they function. If they do not, then you have just confirmed the failure.
