What is your question?
I replaced the coolant thermostat in my 2012 jeep, and when I was done I topped off the radiator and reservoir with coolant. I am not 100% sure if I used the correct coolant or not, I did some googling and I gathered a few things (dont know if they are 100% true): -The color of the coolant is irrelevant if you used the right type -2012 and older models of jeep use HOAT coolant -2013+ Jeeps use OAT coolant and cannot be mixed with HOAT. The coolant I used for my 2012 is OEM 50/50 Premixed antifreeze/coolant with 250,000km protection and its pink/rose color. The back of the bottle says "This ethylene glcyol based coolant uses Hybrid Organic Acid Technology to provide protection etc etc". I got the pink/rose color because it matches whats in my jeep. The only problem is this bottle says its intended for lexus, toyota and scion, there is a different OEM bottle you can get with orange coolant for jeeps, but will this work too? what is the difference? Are they both HOAT? does it matter?
