where is my diagnostic plug location

The 16 pin socket is definitely on the driver's side under the dash it is a black plastic connector I remember it was hard to see but under the driver's side of the dash.
Under driver side dash to the right lower corner closest to driver (directly under ignition switch). Remove undercover.
