Had dash off for heater core replacement.Every thing appears to be connected well however when the lights are on the dashboard is not lit yet flashes every five seconds or so,also feels like a surge when driving,No problems when lights are off

Hello, I have a similar problem with my Taurus, what did you find was causing the lights to flash? Thank you
