dashboard lights speedometer, gas gauge etc.

i recently bought this van and just found out that at night the dashboard does not light up my husband took the cover off the speedometer and found out the 7 of the bulbs are not working unfortunately we also found out they are dealer parts only my question is is this something that we can order then put in ourselves or do they have to be professionally installed.
