Dashboard indicates it doesn't recognize the key fob

Keyfob locks and unlocks the car. Interior lights work. Car will not start. Replaced battery in keyfob and still does not start

Hello, there could be some kind of issue with the programming or components related to the operation of fob recognition. Odd that this would suddenly occur -- any other recent issue or notable events with your vehicle?
