I HAVE TWO CARAVANS THAT THE CRUISE AND HORN HAVE STOPPED WORKING. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND IF SO WHAT IS THE FIX.

Commonly this is a broken clock spring for the Air Bag System in your Steering Wheel. Very common failure.
