Car will start using starter fluid and will continuously start throughout the day. BUT will not start after sitting for a long period of time...8 or more hours.

i also have the same problem with my grand am se 2001 it has been sitting for 3 days now, i changed the fuel regulator, boots and cleaned out the injectors, but havent tried the 10 minute reset on the ignition key. globalhelper: how do i check the fuel pressure?
