Cranks but will not turn over. Car wont start after sitting overnight.

Keep in mind that I am a novice do-it-yourselfer...but I am mechanically inclined. ..just be a little patient with my progress

i also have the same problem with my grand am se 2001 it has been sitting for 3 days now, i changed the fuel regulator, boots and cleaned out the injectors, but havent tried the 10 minute reset on the ignition key. globalhelper: how do i check the fuel pressure?
