Cracked or blown head gasket?

What is your question?

Just replaced water pump, timing belts, thermostat, sparkplugs, heater core hoses. Did a cooling system flush and still the car runs a little hot. Also, no heat works in the car at all. Could the trouble be a cracked or blown head gasket?
