Cost to replace caltalytic converter

genuine ford units usually cost around 1000.00 per side,aftermarket you can probably get for less than half of that,just make sure you get a good warranty with them if you go this route.have seen the aftermarket ones fail rather quickly.also make sure you do not have a concern like a misfire causing them to go out,because if you do most vendors will not warranty a cat. converter.just be cautious and have the vehicle evaluated at a good shop.
