You may want to go somewhere else. They don't know what the problem is. A windshield replacement will likely be at least 250 dollars. A reseal will be close to the same price--at the dealer, especially, I would guess.

Toyota misdiagnosed the problem they need to fix the leak. The apparently charged you to fix it but they didn't, They went after the easiest thing the A/C drain and probably took all of 5 minutes using a coat hanger, and since water is still getting in the car the drain was clear in the first place.
