I topped off my coolant with Prestone I bought at PepBoys. engine started to run rugged and loud noise when turning the steering wheel.
no coolant was spilled and the engine was not running rough before. I just noticed that the coolant level was low. I only poured about a quart into the reservoir
Might have separate issues, is the check engine light on? Check power steering fluid level
