Hello, my guess is that the coolant is leaking elsewhere and dripping down to the oil pan area. Check the water pump and any hoses for possible leaks; a pressure test of the cooling system will reveal where the leak is coming front.

The owner of the 2006 Acura TL, did you find out where your coolant leak was coming from? I have the same year TL with the same problem. Its dripping from the oil pan. It's probably dripping from somewhere clise to that proximity. Let me know where your coolant was coming from
