coolant has been running out the overflow tank. changed thermostat,lower intake gastket, coolant sensor, radiator, radiator cap.... and i've ran out of ideas can anyone help me.. thanks

You've cover almost all the bases. Could your engine have a blown head gasket? A simple chemical test called a "block test" may confirm a blown head gasket. It checks for the presence of carbon monoxide in the cooling system.
The head gasket is leaking, allowing cylinder pressure from the pistons on compression stroke to leak into the cooling passages of the engine. You can try cooling system stop leak, but the correct permanent fix is to replace the head gasket, or gaskets in the case of a V6 or V8.
