What is your question?
I have condensation in both headlights of my Mercedes 2015 SL550. The technician at the dealer says this is normal as long as is disappears in 15 minutes. I have never had this issue in any of my cars and at my age I have had quite a few. The dealership is offering to "install desiccant bags and modify the rear caps". Is it normal to have condensation in my headlights?

It sounds like the desiccant bags and modification is a known repair procedure for this complaint. Certainly get a second opinion at another dealership if you do not feel this is reasonable; moisture should not get inside a lamp assembly. That said, it seems reasonable to have any moisture disappear in a short time.
