coil pack failure, multiple codes coming up

P0128 is for the thermostat, P0304 is a misfire on cyninder 4 and P0014/P0016 usually mean the vehicle needs an oil change. I would check the oil level, coolant level and move coil #4 to #3/#3 to #4, clear the codes and drive the car. See what codes come back.
